Cash on delivery Payment is made in cash upon receipt of the goods, directly to the Express Courier. The courier will not accept bank checks or even cashier’s checks and will not deliver the products if he does not receive the requested amount. The general conditions listed below, in compliance with the Italian legislation referred to in Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments and additions and pursuant to Chapter I, Title III of the Consumer Code, regulate the sale between Parapharmacy Bionatural and the Customer and have the purpose of placing the customer in the conditions of knowledge required by law before expressing consent to purchase. By purchasing, the Customer confirms that he is aware of all the information provided to him both in the following conditions and during the purchase procedure and accepts them in full. Customers will be informed of any changes to the same conditions by means of a notice published on the website. If the Customer is a consumer, he must print and save an electronic copy of these general conditions of sale or any changes. Consumer is the Customer – a natural person who purchases for purposes not directly related to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out

Products and orders

The products and their prices are described in the relevant information sheets. The technical information is based exclusively on official data published by the manufacturers and in any case the dimensions and other characteristics are subject to normal commercial tolerances. The image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in size. The sales contract must be considered concluded for all purposes with the acceptance of the order by Parapharmacy Bionatural manifested through the e-mail confirming the shipment, from which all the legal obligations to fulfill the contract for both contracting parties will start. Any liability of Parapharmacy Bionatural for direct or indirect damages caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order is excluded. Parapharmacy Bionatural will issue an accompanying invoice only if expressly requested by the consumer when accepting the order, then the same will be sent by attaching it to the package being shipped. The assortment of products on the site reflects the availability of each item. It is possible that for different reasons a certain product is no longer available. In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Customer Service of Parapharmacy Bionatural will promptly notify the Customer.

Right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005)

By law, online sales are equivalent to mail order sales. The right of withdrawal allows the customer to return the ordered product in the event that he changes his mind about his purchase. Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty. This right must be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the goods by communicating your decision by email ( The notice of withdrawal must contain: The indication of the articles with respect to which the right of withdrawal is to be exercised; The Order Number with the confirmation of the purchase; Identification data (name, surname / company name, address, telephone, e-mail); The bank details (Bank, Agency number, current account holder, current account number, CIN code, ABI and CAB codes) for the refund of the purchase amount; The goods must therefore be returned at the buyer’s expense to Parapharmacy Bionatural within 15 working days of receipt of the same, in perfect condition. Within 14 working days of receipt of the goods we will proceed to credit the Customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice. Return policy on Bionatural Parapharmacy

You can return your items to Top Pharmacy within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To ensure rapid processing of the return, clearly indicate on the packaging of the products that you are returning our address: Bionatural Parapharmacy Via Galata 52 R – 16121, Genoa Be sure to specify the return number as well. Note: the shipping costs are to be paid by the customers. Insert a copy of the purchase receipt. We kindly ask you to pay attention and care in packing. Once we have received the products and have checked their integrity, we will take care to issue a refund. Use only the original packaging.


The refund procedure will start as soon as we have received the item. The refund processing method depends on the payment method originally used. How long does it take to process the refund? After the products have arrived at the Bionatural Parapharmacy warehouses, we will begin to process the refund. It takes 5-7 days for the refund to be credited to your account.


In case of lack of conformity of the Products purchased on Parapharmacy Bionatural, the Customer must immediately contact the Customer Service through the specific Contact section of the site. All products sold by Parapharmacy Bionatural are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the receipt (or the invoice-receipt) that he will receive in the package, attached to the purchased product. The manufacturer’s conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.
